Welcome to Dreamline Express Packers and Movers! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Once a service request is placed, it will be confirmed via email or phone. A booking is considered final only after a confirmation message from Dreamline Express.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • Household and office shifting
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Loading and unloading
  • Transportation and vehicle shifting

Additional services may incur extra charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all items are properly documented before transportation. Fragile items must be declared in advance for safe handling.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full or partial payment is required before the moving process begins. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refund policies apply based on the stage of cancellation.

5. Liability & Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling goods, Dreamline Express is not liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers can opt for insurance coverage for added security.

6. Delivery & Delays

Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or other external factors. Dreamline Express is not responsible for unexpected delays.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts where Dreamline Express operates.
